Unlike other technology-centric software providers or mailing list providers that try to sell you a specific set of products and services, we take a consultative approach where our technology is seamless and tertiary to the overall marketing objective.

Our Approach
At the heart of our services is a very simple philosophy: insight occurs through conversation. The more you talk with customers, the better you understand their needs and are able to meet or exceed expectations (and sell product).
That is all fine and good, but how does one get started? Easy. We've developed a dialog strategy to provide structure and ensure conversations result in the desired action or feeling. The three phased approach is circular in nature in that it never ends, rather, it evolves.
Properly utilized, email provides an excellent opportunity for dialogue. Whether sending an introductory email to prospects or updating a customer on products and services, email creates an opportunity for conversation, which leads to insight.
Insights garnered from the conversation phase of an email dialogue strategy lead to a connection between the sender (company) and recipient (stakeholder). This connection may be in the form of a conversion, (i.e. prospect to customer).
Once a prospect has converted to a customer, (or a similar desired occurrence has taken place) an even greater opportunity exists to incorporate the stakeholder into the creative process, whether it be collaboration on new products or evolving current services. At the community level, the traditional customer becomes an evangelist. Easy Peasy?
Who are we?
We are iMail Global. We're the largest Email Marketing Agency in Asia with a bulging 156 million opt in audience database. We also dabble in Research, Technologies and Creatives - we've been busy blurring the lines between marketing, creativity and technology since 1997.
Simply put, we work with consumer facing clients to develop their online presence, strategies and campaigns through the means of email marketing and research.

Our general approach is one of honesty and directness; we like to think of iMail as 'a bullshit-free zone'. Now obviously, we would say that wouldn't we? We were formed in 1997 by a group of wildly diverse people from interactive, technology and marketing backgrounds. We have since worked on literally hundreds of successful online projects.
Well, we've survived everything life and the dot com crash has thrown at us so far. We recently realised that we're over 50 in Internet Years (One Internet Year = Years Survived x 7).
